What about celandineb? I'm not sure of the date of her first Harry/Draco, but I recall a Harry/Draco/Snape from about 2006/2007 that blew my socks off.
I'll have to see if dacro is still posting anywhere. I think her earliest H/D date back to 2003, but the most recent LJ entry I see is 2014.
