I've read and liked a few epilogue compliant fics (isn't Shine, Even in the Darkness epilogue compliant? I think so...) but overall, they're not really my thing.
In fact, I tried to come up with a rec list for them, but all the ones I liked I decided better suited other categories: there's this one in Veela fics, Atonement I put in "pre-slash" and Promises to Keep I put in "bonds". There's only a couple more I can think of that I like :/
But of course, that's the whole point isn't it? :) A good story will make you like something you didn't think you would like. Which is why I try to read outside of my comfort zone when I can, and I know you do too. You never know when a great story will appear! ♥
