Why I love it: It's so romantic and beautiful and gorgeously drawn. And it evokes the famous picture of a marine stealing a kiss from a nurse (Eisenstaedt's "V-J Day in Times Square") which is a favorite of mine :)

And I think this was from my prompt (the header isn't clear, but I saw that my prompt had been claimed for art and this looks just like the inspiration pic), which was originally a prompt I left at dracomalfoy and then reprompted for hd_cliche when it went unclaimed the first time. And I'm so glad I did!
