Eighth year is a popular era, so I'm doing more eighth year recs :) These are all drabbles and ficlets (less than 1000 words) which nevertheless manage to deliver great scenes and images.

Summary: Draco's having trouble not...reacting...to Potter.

This is just a beautiful and sweet depiction of the shuffling awkwardness of going on a first date--wondering if it even is a date and if he'll kiss you at the end of it. Amazingly done.

Harry learns what Draco sees in the Mirror of Erised. Lovely job with this concept. Very sweet.

And I know about being busy - no biggie. But man, these posts are exhausting! Why did I decide to do this again? Oh yeah. Your fault!

But it's funny because I keep re-organizing and switching up which fics I plan to rec. It's a huge headache to figure out how to arrange these lists! So I feel bad that didn't get this one up on AO3 for you first. Would you like it posted? I'd be very happy to get it ready for you if you do.
