Re-creating a Masterlist for The Eros Affair 3rd wave: Please Help

So as part of my plan to count the number of fics posted to fests each year (see chart), I've been chasing down masterlists of all the HD fests I know of (hp_masterlists and Vaysh's lists have been extremely helpful). At times it has been necessary to re-create a masterlist for a fest, like I did here and here. But there is still one fest that seems to have been lost to time: The Eros Affair Third Wave.

There was a prompt list, and over 50 people signed up to create fics and art. The first fic of the fest was dutifully posted on July 24, 2007 here (f-locked), and then so far as I can tell, the next thing on the site is an admin post from bookshop on August 13, 2007. She explains certain technical difficulties due to livejournal's policies and says the plan is to upload the rest of the fest's fics to a message board on her website. If this message board exists, I can't find it, or any links to the fics in any centralized location. (I did send an ask to Aja's tumblr account, as she seems more active there, but I haven't heard back Edit: she commented below, yay! But I would still appreciate any information anyone else might have).

And from time to time I have come across fics posted to various archives where the author's note says the fic was written for the third wave of The Eros Affair. So it makes me think it might be possible to re-create a masterlist. But I'll need help.

Hi! Of course, of course, I never got your Tumblr ask because Tumblr is the worst method of communication ever.

2007 was a terrible time to run a challenge, haha. It seems like I made a wordpress site for posting to the eros affair at one point on my website but then later dreamhost changed something and the account broke. i basically utterly flaked out on this challenge; I just checked the gmail account and most of the fics are still there and the emails are unopened.

SO, some of these authors may have never posted their fics publicly anywhere. At least one of them posted independently but asked me not to archive them anywhere. So I'll probably need to try getting in touch with each of the authors if i can and compiling the links. Shoot me an email ( thesevenlines@gmail) and remind me? It'll take me a little bit, I've got some stuff on my plate through the rest of the month but I can work on this in a couple of weeks. Will that help?

Oh yes, thank you so much! Sorry about not trying you on LJ--it just seemed like you had posted much more recently to tumblr and I thought you might have abandoned LJ.

Was there a masterlist made for the 2nd wave, other than the links on the claim post? I re-created one here but if there are any corrections I'm happy to make them.

I'm just kinda OCD about lists and records, so I really appreciate you helping to get this resurrected :)

Thanks, I think I'll need it! I don't know why I feel compelled to do these things - it's just that incomplete records drive me bonkers :) Besides, I imagine that if I were an author who wrote a fic for the fest I'd want there to be a master list of it. It'll be interesting to see how much can be reconstructed. Thanks for the encouragement ♥
